Air conditioning in Cobham.

Air conditioning designed around the whole house

Cobham and Oxshott contain some of the largest residential properties in Surrey, many on private estates and set in substantial grounds. A house of this size typically has a wide spread of cooling loads: a double-height hallway, a glazed garden room, several bedroom suites, a home office, a gym, often a cinema room and a basement level. Treating each of those as a separate job produces an inefficient and expensive result.

We approach it as one system. After a full survey we calculate the load for each room and specify outdoor plant with enough capacity and enough separate circuits to cover the whole property, with individual control in every space. Large grounds are an advantage here — condensers can usually be sited well away from terraces, bedroom windows and neighbouring boundaries, and screened within planting.

Working across KT11 and the surrounding villages

Our engineers work throughout Cobham village and High Street, Between Streets, Fairmile, Tilt, Downside, Stoke d'Abernon, Oxshott, Chilbrook and Effingham. Many properties here are on private estates or long private drives, with their own arrangements for contractor access and working hours. We confirm all of that before the first visit so the install runs without hold-ups.

Alongside residential work we look after commercial premises in Cobham — restaurants, delis, cafés and shops along the High Street — covering comfort cooling, cold rooms, display cabinets and cellar cooling, all under one contractor.
