London & the whole of Surrey

Areas we cover.

Graysons is based in Surrey and works throughout the county and across London — refrigeration, air conditioning and servicing for homes and businesses. If your area is not listed below, it is still worth asking: we cover the whole of Surrey and almost all of Greater London.

Where our engineers work

We are a Surrey-based company, so Guildford, Woking, Esher, Cobham, Weybridge and the surrounding towns and villages are home ground. From there we cover central and west London — including Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, Mayfair and Belgravia — along with the whole of south west London and the Surrey border towns.

The type of work varies a great deal by area, and that shapes how we approach a job. Prime central London is dominated by listed buildings, mansion blocks and conservation areas, where discreet plant siting and consent are the deciding factors. South west London is mostly Victorian terraces with loft conversions and rear extensions. Surrey brings larger detached homes with gyms, cinemas, pools and wine rooms, plus a substantial amount of commercial refrigeration for restaurants, pubs, shops and food businesses.

Prime central London

Listed buildings, mansion blocks and conservation areas need discreet plant siting and, often, freeholder or planning consent. This is the part of London where the survey matters most.

West & south west London

Victorian and Edwardian terraces, loft conversions and side-return extensions — where summer overheating in the top-floor and rear rooms is the usual reason people call.
